Levi West continues to dominate the 170lb amateur division, improving his perfect record to 5-0 at Cage Combat 4. Levi handled Eric Thompson in a one-sided fight en route to a unanimous decision. He will be fighting again in three weeks at the Legacy Amateur Series in Houston.
Although B3 fighter Adam Schindler took the loss at Bellator 46, he proved that he belongs on the same stage as the world’s best. Adam looked very impressive against 20-2 world ranked fighter Ronnie Mann during their 8-man featherweight tournament fight. We will have another big announcement coming soon about an upcoming bout for Adam, so stay tuned…

On May 6th, Louisiana got to see what Texas has witnessed for the past year…the dominance of undefeated B3 fighter Colin Wright from Paradigm. Colin used his stand up power and smooth ground game to win the USA MMA Bantamweight Title via 1st round TKO and bring his record to 5-0.

B3 fighter and IVoz. MMA stud Daniel “Pit” Pineda once again proved why he is one of the best fighters in the south. It took less than one minute for Pit to dominate a previously unbeaten fighter in Ray Blodgett to win yet another title.

Daniel started the fight with a huge flow of punches and elbows that dropped Blodgett. Being the champion that he is, Blodgett got up quickly but the damage was already done by Daniel. He dropped him again the swarmed Blodgett like a pack of wild dogs and delivered blow after blow until the referee jumped in to prevent more damage.

Daniel is now the Legacy Lightweight Champion, the Legacy Featherweight Champion, and the Katana Featherweight Champion. He is the definition of a champion. Pit showed the skills that were taught to him by the one and only Bob “The General” Perez at IVoz. No one does it like that!!!
This past Saturday at Legacy was yet another huge step for B3 Sports. Even though the night started with B3′s Pat Bierschwale coming up on the short end of a hard fought decision, the night ended with a HUGE bang. We are 100% confident that Pat will be back stronger than ever at his next fight, no doubt about it…
In the co-main event, B3′s Andrew “Smiles” Craig went to war with BVMMA’s Bubba Bush. This was a HUGE fight between these two beasts. Both fighters showed tremendous heart and skill as they fought all the way until only 15 seconds left in the 5th and final round. Andrew Craig ended up dominating the final two rounds and as the 5th round started to get close to ending, he landed several huge bombs to stop Bush via TKO.

Both of these warriors deserve credit for an amazing fight that went back and forth for the first several rounds. Bush proved why he is a strong force in the MMA scene and we will hear from him again shortly. Andrew Craig once again proved why he’s the ranked #1 middleweight, increasing his professional record to a perfect 5-0.
